Donny Chen is an entrepreneur, educator, and academic leader with a background in finance, international business, and youth education. A graduate of the University of Auckland Business School, he holds a double major in Finance and International Business and previously worked in senior business roles before launching successful ventures in the hospitality and education sectors in 2013.
With over a decade of experience in after-school tutoring and youth education, Donny has personally consulted with more than 1,000 parents and now serves as the Principal of three leading training institutions in New Zealand. As the parent of a 14-year-old teen, he brings both professional expertise and personal insight to his commitment to supporting young people to grow, achieve, and thrive.
Dr Sajita Setia is a physician, evidence-based educator, and digital wellbeing expert with an international background in medicine, research, and youth development. She studied medicine, completed subspecialty training at Ivy League institutions in India, and received Certification in Medical Affairs from King’s College London.
She has led research and evidence-based programmes across the United States, India, and New Zealand, focusing on youth motivation, healthier technology use, and the social-emotional skills young people need to thrive. Dr Sajita’s work has been internationally recognised, including being featured by The Wall Street Journal. As the parent of a 15-year-old and an 11-year-old, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to helping families and schools raise balanced, resilient young people.

Ronny Chen is a youth personal development mentor, educator, and chess coach with a background in mathematics, finance, and business. He studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Auckland and held leadership roles in the New Zealand banking sector before building his own business in the wine and honey industries.
Ronny is a lifelong chess player with several notable competitive achievements, including winning the Auckland High School Chess League. Over the past six years, he has led East Auckland Chess Studio, training nearly 200 children through a teaching approach that builds strategic thinking, discipline, concentration, and character. As a father of two teenagers, Ronny brings both professional expertise and personal insight to helping young people develop confidence, resilience, and healthy technology habits.
